Terms and conditions
- When renting equipment from Auvitec, the client assumes full responsibility for all audiovisual equipment throughout the rental period.
The client must maintain adequate insurance covering the rented equipment against any loss, theft, or damage. - All equipment must be used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. No modification, repair, or relocation may be carried out without Auvitec’s prior written consent.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon signing the rental agreement and receiving the required deposit.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date, Auvitec reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation. - Although a security deposit is not systematically required, Auvitec may request one for certain high-value or specialized rentals.
- The client authorizes Auvitec to retain credit card information and to charge any fees related to lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment, as well as for extensions of the rental period, without additional authorization.
- All rental agreements are governed by the laws in effect at the place of signing.
By proceeding with a rental, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of their responsibilities and Auvitec’s rental policies.
